Embedded Files
The Side Panel automatically follows your active ticket while you work, and provides quick and easy access to recently viewed tickets from any tab. Any text copied while you work is automatically sorted into the 8Flow Board by the source URL. Use ⌥space (OSX) or Alt+z (Windows) to show or hide the Side Panel as desired, or pin it to your preferred location.

Typing // in any text field will present the autofill menu. The menu is searchable via keyboard or mouse and allows you to view and insert any of your copied pins from the side panel along with the originating URL, any fields from the selected ticket, and your Favorites. You never have to swivel back to the ticket again.
Relays

8Flow will learn from your workflow and suggest personalized automations as you work to save you valuable time. Relays will autofill selected text on a target URL, and where relevant 8Flow will automatically execute a search. 8Flow will suggest relays for each source URL but any relay can be used on highlighted and copied text from the Side Panel.
Favorites
Favorites
Any text, link, or content that you typically reuse can be added to your Favorites. Clicking the 3 dots next to the pin will allow you to create a favorite from an existing pin. Navigating to the Favorites section in the Side Panel will allow you to edit the pin’s label and value. Your Favorites are also accessible via the Autofill Menu by typing // in any text field.
